New cable link between Iran and Afghanistan.

   Iran and Afghanistan put in service new fiber-optical cable between Mashad (Iran) and Herat (Afghanistan). Capacity of constructed link is 1xSTM-1. New link allows TAE members as well as other countries to reach Afghanistan from Europe via TAE Cable System.
